Some mornings, I still hesitate. The water looks brutal. Ice cold. Unforgiving.
But every time I step into that plunge, something inside me strengthens.
Why? Because discipline begins where comfort ends.
Starting my day with prayer, then immediately embracing physical discomfort in a cold plunge, has rewired the way I lead and live. It’s not about the water—it’s about the message: if I can choose challenge first thing in the morning, I can handle whatever the day throws at me.
Whether it’s making tough calls at Rvv Corp, leading a new client strategy, or coaching a team of 8-year-olds, I show up with grit and clarity. That one habit—getting cold daily—has amplified my faith, resilience, and productivity.
Let your day start on purpose. Face discomfort early. Lead from there.
